The Next Rainbow

Karash and Obosh are two young boys caught in between a tribal conflict and are forced to lean on each other for dear life as they navigate the tension-filled lands looking for a safe haven and hopefully an end to the senseless hatred.
I created the studio animation pitch deck for The Next Rainbow short film presented during DISCOP, Johannesburg 2018, which led towards networking and collaborative opportunities for the studio.
Out Film Festival 2018
Client: Goethe Institut Kenya
Role: Art Director
In my role, I redesigned final concepts, graphics and layouts for the brand identity of Out Film Festival, Nairobi 2018.
The design centred on a ticket stub from a screening of the film Rafiki (2018), a memento for the Kenyan LGBTQIA+ community from the seven days during which the film ban was lifted locally.
